I’m welcoming applications from Assistant / Site Managers from the residential sector of construction that has experience in working on new build projects. My client, one of the most successful house builders in the UK are looking for permanent staff in the entire Yorkshire area.
You will be looking to work with a first class house building company, who has an enviable reputation for the projects that they delivered to date.
Skills and Experience:
You must have previous experience as an Assistant / Site Manager and will have successfully delivered numerous new build residential projects to an incredibly high standard.
You will hold an:
• SMSTS
• 3 day first aid
• CSCS black card (desirable)
The client is offering a negotiable salary with a car allowance or a company car and also a KPI related bonus scheme.
