Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer Liverpool

Due to a promotion from within the branch Minstrell Recruitment Liverpool are excited to be recruiting for an Apprentice Resourcer/Labourer Manager to join us.

·         Hours are 8-5pm Monday-Friday - no weekend work involved.

·         Small close knit team who all get on and work together. Non corporate environment.

·         Commission structure in place so the harder you work the more you are rewarded ££!

Duties

Answering the telephone

Taking candidates details and registering them onto the system

Using job boards and advertising jobs

Calling through our existing database and finding suitable candidates for vacancies.

Typing up employment contracts to send to workers

Sending out letters to workers

Basic admin duties

Skills

Must have a good telephone manner

Must have basic IT skills i.e Microsoft word & excel

Must be proactive and able to use initiative

Able to work to and meet deadlines

Must be dedicated as this is not just a 9-5 job it’s a career.

Qualifications

Maths and English GCSE grade A-C or key skills equivalent (in order to undertake Recruitment NVQ)
