We are currently seeking an electrical shift technician to work at a prominent building in Central London. This role will be tending to landlord and tenant maintenance tasks, and suited to someone with strong overall building services knowledge and a professional attitude towards work.
The successful applicant will be well presented and hold formal qualifications in electrical engineering (City & Guilds Electrical level 3 or equivalent). Previous experience performing planned and reactive maintenance on a range of systems is necessary, including the below:
General power & lighting, AHU’s, Controls/BMS, Single/Three-phase power, Inverters, HVAC, Boilers, Chillers & Pressurisation units/ fire systems.
High Voltage qualifications will be highly regarded.
