My client is a modern and dynamic company made up of two internal arms, Fit Out and Refurbishments along with some New Build projects.
Due to expansion I am looking for an experienced Administrator to work on a part time basis to carry out the following tasks:
*Preparation of sub- contractor bookings
*Preparation of health and safety files/records before site commencement
*Receiving/ Preparing invoices
*Typing up of day - day correspondence
*General office duties, answering phone calls, responding to and working on day to day activities
Must have:
*Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
*Relevant experience and working from a construction background/fit out back ground is very desirable.
*Ability to work under pressure
*Excellent attention to detail
*Great communication skills
