Recruitment Consultant - Trainee, Senior and Managing

We are currently exanding our existing White and Bule Collar teams based in our head office in Swinton, Manchester and have a variety of Recruitment Consultant roles available:

Role & Responsibilities

You will be fully supported by a Resourcer, enabling you to concentrate on new and existing clients, maximising your desk.

• Business Development - building new relationships with clients
• Account Management - building the overall relationship with companies that you bring on board and existing PSL clients
• Resourcing – You will be supported by a strong team of resourcers enabling you to focus on sales
• You will enjoy a lot of flexibility and autonomy to operate with minimal micro-management
• You will be responsible for hitting KPI's, Individual Revenue Targets

About you

We are recruiting experienced Construction Consultants that truly fit the relaxed culture of the business where people actually enjoy going to work but are aware that they are there to perform and make money.

• Must have a solid knowledge of the construction industry in the North West although we are keen to speak with people with a strong sales background
• An honest and friendly individual who knows what they want in life and is capable in their ability to fulfil their ambitions
• A solid career thus far and consistent in their previous roles
• You will be charismatic, enthusiastic and engaging; able to inspire and motivate others whilst not afraid of taking the lead
