We are recruiting for a Junior Finance Assistant to work in a busy department at our head office in Manchester. The position is full time and free on site parking is available.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inputting Purchase Invoices onto Sage
- Posting supplier payments to Sage
- Checking all Postings
- Printing and distributing Sales Invoices to clients
- Dealing with any client queries
- Assisting as and when with payroll duties
- Any adhoc administration duties
Essential skills & Experience:
- Basic knowledge of office procedures
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Competent level of IT skills – Word, Excel and Outlook and Sage
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
