We are looking for a highly ambitious Office Junior to join our London office
Minstrell Recruitment is a fast growing recruitment business that operates within the engineering and Construction sectors. Based in the City near Bank Station, we supply some of the largest clients in the market with additional offices in Leeds, Manchester and West London.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for hungry and enthusiastic individuals to join the admin support team who actively assist our recruitment consultants.
This role will involve general administrative duties such as confirming appointments, updating the recruitment data base and formatting candidates CV’s. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to resource candidates alongside the sales team, speaking to candidates over the phone and learning how to assess their suitability for current roles.
As a business we actively look to offer our support teams the opportunity to develop their skills and promote from within.
Candidates will ideally have some administration experience with a good grasp of word, excel and outlook. An ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively is also a must.
